Hilton Hotel Door Prizes. Thanks to the Hilton, we have two complimentary roods as door prizes.
Special Guests: athletes from CSU Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Ice Hockey, Swimming Team, Water Polo, and Golf.
Special Guests: Fossil Ridge HS Girls Swim & Dive 5A State Champions.
Booth Information
We invite you to have a booth for several reasons:We do the marketing! The ad you see above is in these publictions: City of Fort Collins Recreator, Coloradoan, and the Windsor Beacon. Flyers were delivered to all PSD elementary school students. Emails were sent to Thompson Valley students. Over 400 posters are posted at retail places in Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor. Posters were delivered to schools in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley.
Get your name out there! You might not be forming teams or setting up camps in the next month BUT parents and players will be at the fair NOW. Let them meet you, get them on your mailing list.
Last year, almost 400 people attended our fair and learned about the sports organizations there. We began with about 200 attendees in our first fair in 2009 and have grown each year!
Meet other sports organizations. You have so much in common with other sports and there is so much to learn and share with each other. You all have concerns with parents, insurance, tryouts, facilities, costs, and more to learn from each other.
Meet CWSFA and learn more about how we can help you! We have scholarships, educational seminars, and more!
Develop relationships that are helpful to you in administering your program, whether with CWSFA or other organizations at the fair. The fair is not just about recruiting players.
Each participant will receive YOUR name, sport and website in our event program!
