Philosophy

The Colorado Women’s Sports Fund Association seeks to increase the number of girls and women who participate in athletics, reduce and eliminate barriers that prevent participation, and match girls and women of all ages with athletic activities that they enjoy and can experience success.

The Colorado Women’s Sports Fund Association is a registered Colorado non-profit organization. The association has been granted Section 501(c) (3) status as a charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service.

We are a member-based organization with an elected, unpaid, Board of Directors. Voting members participate in an annual meeting and special meetings as called by the Directors. The Board of Directors meets at least once a quarter, or more often as required.

Organizational Structure

Typically, Board meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month at Triple Crown Sports Complex conference room.

Board meetings are open to the public and especially to CWSFA members and affiliates.

Please contact a Board member if you are planning to attend, to obtain the agenda but more importantly to ensure the date, time or location has not changed.
