Information
The Colorado Women’s Sports Fund Association is a registered Colorado non-profit organization. The association has been granted Section 501(c) (3) status as a charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Federal EIN will be provided to donors upon request.
We are a member-based organization with an elected, unpaid, Board of Directors.
Voting members participate in an annual meeting and special meetings as called by the Directors. The Board of Directors meets at least once a quarter, or more often as required.
The current Board of Directors are:

- John Kreisler, Vice President
- Donna Brown, Secretary
- Dwight Miles, Treasurer
- Patty Harsch, Member
- Amy Snider, Member
